Schenault Solutions, LLC is an organizational capacity building and soft skills development company based in Louisville, KY. It's founder recognized that smaller social impact organizations, that serve diverse communities, often needed additional technical assistance to grow in size and mature in infrastructure. SteVon Edwards, MPH is a visionary realist who works with businesses, non-profits, and collective groups to implement innovative & effective policies & practices that increase impact & improve outcomes.
Before starting Schenault Solutions in 2017, SteVon served in and led organizations across the U.S. for 15+ years. During a successful career within the public health sector, she learned which infrastructure improvements contribute to the deepest impact. She now supports organizations in strategic planning, program design, program evaluation, and fund development.
